摘　　要：目的:研究广西地区医院业务收入的影响因素。方法:对2010-2011年广西医院门诊、住院收入变动建立因素指数体系,应用多因素分析法分析医院业务收入。结果:2011年较2010年,广西地区医院业务收入以住院业务收入为主,以住院病人日均费用、出院人次增加所致。结论:医院经济效益、综合管理水平有所提升,但应避免过度检查,降低门诊、住院病人药占比。Objective： study the influencing factors of Guangxi hospital business income.Methods： build the index system of Guangxi hospital outpatient,hospital income,and use multiple factors analysis to analyze hospital business income.Results： comparing with 2010,Guangxi hospital major business income is hospital business income,and changes resulted by hospital patients daily expenses,discharged patients increase.Conclusion： the hospital economic benefit and comprehensive management level is improved,but should avoid excessive examination,reduce the outpatient,hospital patients of medicine.
