摘　　要：目的:研究医院业务收入的影响因素。方法:对2010-2011年北京地区医院门诊、住院收入变动建立因素指数体系,应用多因素分析法分析医院业务收入。结果:2011年较2010年,北京地区医院业务收入增长快速,以日均费用增加为主,其次是门诊人次的增加,门诊人均费用与出院人次增长再次之,而以缩短平均住院日负影响较大。结论:整体北京地区综合医疗体系构建较好,经营状况良好,应进一步缩短平均住院日。Objective： study the influencing factors of hospital business income.Methods： build factor index system of 2010-2011 Beijing area hospital outpatient changes in income,analyze hospital business income by using multiple factors analysis.Results： comparing with 2010,in 2011,Beijing area hospital business income grows fast,average daily cost increase is given priority to,the second is the increase of outpatient service people,outpatient per capita expense and discharges growth,and influences to shorten the day in hospital is negative.Conclusion： the overall comprehensive medical system construction in Beijing is good,operating is in good condition,should further shorten the average day in hospital.
