摘 要:利用蒸汽直接加热给水的过程中,蒸汽经配汽管喷入水空间时,由于蒸汽泡的体积变化及蒸汽与周围水之间的湍流混合,在水空间内形成强烈的振动噪声.针对这一问题,采用不同结构的配汽管,在不同的水温和蒸汽流量下进行试验研究.结果表明,喷注A声级噪声主要受水温和蒸汽流量的影响,其中又以水温为主,蒸汽流量和A声级噪声间并不完全呈线性关系.In a direct contact system,steam is ejected to heat water through an ejector.During the process of ejection,the noise is aroused due to the volume change of bubbles,and the turbulent mixing between steam and adjacent water.To solve this problem,experiment was done under variant water temperature and steam flux using ejectors with different structures.The results show that the jet noise is mainly affected by water temperature and steam flux,between them the water temperature is the main factor,and there exists partially a linear correlation between steam flux and A-weighted sound level.
