摘  要:为进一步探索电场强化沸腾换热的机理,利用高速摄像仪拍摄了注入氮气气泡和R123工质沸腾汽泡在直流电场作用下的实验图像,并对气泡脱离壁面时的形态进行了定量分析.实验结果表明,注入氮气气泡和R123沸腾汽泡在电场作用下形状发生了显著变化,电场强度越大,气泡的形状变化也就越明显,并且电场对沸腾汽泡的影响更为显著.此外,注入氮气气泡和沸腾汽泡的脱离体积在电场作用下也发生了变化,随着电场强度的增大,脱离体积有减小的趋势,且冷态注入氮气汽泡的体积在电场作用下的变化较沸腾汽泡明显.In order to further study the electrohydrodynamic enhancement mechanism of boiling heat transfer,the images of nitrogen injected bubbles and R123 boiling bubbles in a DC electric field were obtained with a high-speed camera,and the bubble shape at departure was quantitatively analyzed.Experimental results show that the injected and boiling bubble distinctly elongate along the direction of the electric field.The bubble's aspect ratio increases with the increase of electric field intensity,and the effect of electric field on the elongation of boiling bubble is more obvious.As the electric field intensity is raised,the departure volumes of injected and boiling bubbles tend to decrease,and the volume of the injected bubble decreases more significantly.
