摘 要:通过热重分析实验、XRD和金相分析等实验手段,对铁矿石球团在600~1 000℃温度范围内的H2还原过程进行了探讨,并采用未反应核模型对铁矿石球团的H2还原动力学进行分析。结果表明:H2还原铁矿石球团的过程具有明显的阶段性特征,还原速率整体上随着温度的升高而增大,然而在700~900℃温度范围内出现了还原速率的迟滞现象。在本实验条件下,整个还原过程的速率由外扩散、内扩散和化学反应混合控制,反应的表观活化能为39.49 kJ/mol。The reduction process of iron ore pellet within 600 - 1 000 ℃by hydrogen was discussed through TG experiments, X-Ray Diffraction and metallographic analysis, and the kinetics was studied by using unreacted core model. The results showed that the reduction of iron ore pellet contained several stages, and the reduction rate increased with the increasing of reduction temperature, but there was an abnormal change in 700 - 900 ℃ for the reason of sintering of product layer. The reduction rate was controlled by external diffusion, internal diffusion and chemical reaction simultaneously, and the activation energy was 39.49 kJ/mol.
