摘  要:叙述了准端面双圆弧齿轮的形成原理 ,推导了这种齿轮的通用齿面方程。通过端面齿廓图谱的分析 ,经与目前广为采用的法面圆弧齿轮以及理想的端面圆弧齿轮的对比 ,指出了准端面圆弧齿轮在克服法面圆弧齿轮传动接触区位置对误差敏感性方面所具有的独特优点 ;同时用一把滚刀可以加工不同螺旋角的齿轮 。Theory of quasi-circular-arc gear's shaping is discussed in this paper, and its common tooth-surface equation is developed. By the graphic spectrum analysis of the profiles in end section, especially by contrast with the normal circular-arc gear universally employed at present and ideal contrate circular-arc gear, its unique advantage of overcoming deviation sensitiveness is pointed out. This always occurred at the contact region of the normal circular-arc gear's engaging. It's work process isn't difficult at all, since a hobbing cuter can work on gears with different helix angles.
