摘　　要：当前关于库存管理技术的研究发展迅速,近年来随着"工商企业管理"热的不断升温,有关库存管理技术方面的著作更是层出不穷。文中对库存管理技术进行了综述,介绍了独立需求阶段的库存理论,MRP和MRPII的理论及运作模式,以及JIT的生产管理模式和供应链阶段的几种库存管理技术。并对这些理论进行了简单的说明分析。最后对库存管理技术研究的发展方向提出了展望。The current research about inventory management technology developed rapidly in recent years,along with the ＂ business management ＂ heat warms up ceaselessly,the technical aspects of inventory management work is emerge in an endless stream.The inventory management technology are reviewed in this paper,introduced the independent demand stage inventory theory,MRP and MRPII theory and mode of operation,as well as JIT production management and supply chain stage several inventory management technology.On the theory of simple analysis.At the end of the inventory management technology research and development direction are put forward.
