滇型杂交粳稻恢复系的花粉量研究

摘　　要：为探明滇型杂交粳稻不同种植条件下恢复系花粉量的差异性以及恢复系花粉量与花药长宽的相关性,采用显微计数及测微的方法,对滇型杂交粳稻恢复系花粉量及花药大小进行测定。结果表明:滇型杂交粳稻恢复系的花粉量既受品种遗传性决定,也受环境条件的影响,恢复系花粉量多少与花药长、宽度具有相关性,且达极显著水平(R=0.725 3>R0.01)。In order to prove the difference of pollen number of Dian-type japonica hybrid rice restorers planted on various environment conditions,and the correlation between restorer pollen number and anther length-width were analyzed.Anther was counted and measured under microscope.The results were indicated that the pollen number of the hybrid rice restorer lines were mainly affected by restorer genotype,and secondly by environment planted.It was significant positive correlation（R=0.725 3r0.01） between the pollen number and size of the restorer anther.
