摘  要:为摸清不同处理方式对紫花松果菊种子萌发的影响,采用单因素随机区组试验设计,对引进的紫花松果菊〔Echinacea purpurea.(L)Moench.〕种子萌发特性进行研究。结果表明:1)在室内平均温度和湿度分别为25.3℃和80.6%时,种子经过稀释10倍、20倍和40倍的95%乙醇溶液浸泡处理5min后进行萌发,其萌发率均达90%左右;2)在室内平均温度和湿度分别为27.4℃和74.3%的环境中,GA溶液浓度为5mg/L时的萌发率最高(达41%),浓度超过5mg/L的GA溶液对紫花松果菊种子的萌发无积极作用,相反还有抑制作用。In order to ascertain the influence of different processing methods on the seed germination of E.purpurea,the single factor randomized block was designed to study the seed germination of E.purpurea.The results showed that:1) The E.purpurea seeds were soaked in 95% ethanol solution which was diluted 10 times,20 times,40 times respectively for five minutes under 25.3℃ of laboratory average temperature and 80.6% of relative humidity before starting to be researched the seed germination,then about 90% seed germination rate was obtained;2) In order to increase the seed germination rate of E.purpurea under 27.4℃ of laboratory average temperature and 74.3% of relative humidity,the GA solution in certain concentration areas(5 mg/L) was controlled before soaking the E.purpurea seeds.The high-concentration GA solution had no positive effect of E.purpurea seed germination.
