摘  要:为了解贵州省红枫湖不同形态硫和硫酸盐还原菌的分布特征,对红枫湖6个站点进行采样,测定红枫湖沉积物中不同形态硫含量和硫酸盐还原菌数量。结果表明:红枫湖表层沉积物中含有丰富的不同形态硫和硫酸盐还原菌(SRB),各采样点总硫(TS)含量分布范围为934~10 017μg/g,平均为4 568.33μg/g;SRB变化幅度是7 013~1 34669cfu/g(干泥重),在红枫湖表层沉积物中广泛存在,且空间分布存在差异。在垂直分布上,不同形态硫总体分布趋势为自上而下逐渐降低,SRB在沉积物界面下5cm内分布较广。以全湖平均值看,红枫湖表层沉积物不同形态硫含量由高到低顺序为黄铁矿硫>酸可挥发性硫(AVS)>硫代硫酸盐>硫酸盐>亚硫酸盐>单质硫。相关性分析表明:SRB与AVS、硫代硫酸盐及硫酸盐均具有较强的相关性。In order to know the distribution characteristics of different forms of sulfur and sulfate-reducing bacteria in Hongfeng Lake,the contents of different forms of sulfide and amount of sulfate-reducing bacteria(SRB) in sediment samples collected from six selected stations of Hongfeng Lake in Guizhou Province were determined.The results showed that there were abundant sulfide of various forms and SRB in surface sediment samples of Hongfeng Lake,and total sulfide(TS) content was 934~10 017 μg/g with the mean value of 4 568.33 μg/g.The amount of SRB varied from 7 013 to 134 669 cfu/g(dry weight).SRB extensively existed in the surface sediment and presented spatial distribution differences.For vertical distribution,the concentration of these different sulfide forms in the surface layer was generally higher than that of the deeper sediment,and the population number of SRB presented a relatively high value in surface sediment(0~5 cm).The contents of different sulfide forms presented the following order: pyriteacid volatile sulfide(AVS) thiosulfatesulphatesulphitesulphur.The correlation analysis demonstrated that there were relatively strong correlations between SRB and AVS,thiosulfate and sulphate.
