摘　　要：目的探讨经乳晕切口行内上象限周边纤维腺瘤手术的技巧。方法回顾性分析19例经乳晕切口行内上象限周边纤维腺瘤手术的临床资料。结果术后血肿形成1例,其余18例切口均一期愈合。所有患者随访0.5～2.0年,乳房外形较术前无明显变化,乳晕切口瘢痕不明显,达到美容效果,无复发。结论经乳晕切口行内上象限周边纤维腺瘤手术是可行的。Objective To discuss the surgical skills of mammary fibroadenoma in the outlying areas of medial upper quadrant by areola mammae incision. Methods all 19 cases of mammary fibroadenoma in the outlying areas of medial upper quadrant were operated by areola mammae incision. Their clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. Results All patients were followed up between six months and two years after operation. 18 cases were healed by first intention and postoperative hematoma occurred for 1 case. The patients and their surgeons were satisfactory with cosmetic results of operation without clear scars, breast deformation and recurrence. Conclusions The resection of mammary fibroadenoma in the outlying areas of medial upper quadrant by areola mammae incision is secure and feasible.
