中西医结合护理老年人肺炎28例

摘　　要：目的观察对老年人肺炎患者实施中西医结合护理的效果。方法将58例老年肺炎患者随机分为基础护理组与分证护理组,基础护理组给予老年科常规护理,分证护理组实施中西医结合护理。比较二组患者抗生素应用时间、住院天数及并发症发生情况。结果分证护理组患者应用抗生素时间、住院天数明显缩短,并发症发生的例数明显减少(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合护理老年肺炎患者可使患者症状缓解快,提高疗效,缩短病程,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the nursing effects of integrated Chinese and western medicine on elder patients with pneumonia. Methods Total 58 aged pneumonia patients were assigned into the basic nursing group and the dialectical nursing group. The patients in basic nursing group received the routine care of geriatrics. The patients in the dialectical nursing group received integrated Chinese and western medicine nursing. The hospitalization time, the length of antibiotic treatment and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the basic nursing group, the hospitalization time, the length of antibiotic treatment and the occurrence of complications in the dialectical nursing group were decreased obviously （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The integrated Chinese and western medicine nursing interventions could obviously reduce the hospitalization time, ease symptoms significantly and improve therapeutic effects.
