摘 要:通过水培试验研究了镁缺乏对黄瓜苗期生长及磷、钾、钙、镁、铜、锰、铁和锌在根和叶片中含量的影响。结果表明:(1)缺镁显著降低黄瓜根、茎和叶干质量;(2)缺镁对根部磷含量没影响,但显著增加叶片中磷含量,达到2.11%;对根和叶片中钾含量没影响;显著增加根和叶片中钙含量,叶中钙含量可达73.7 g/kg;(3)缺镁显著增加了根和叶片中锰、铁、锌含量,尤其是根部的锰、铁和叶片中的锰、锌分别为对照的2倍以上;缺镁虽显著增加叶片中铜含量,但对根部铜含量无显著影响。The effects of magnesium (Mg) deticlency on the growth and assimilation oi mineral nmrlnon of cucumber seedlings were studied through hydroponic experiment. The results showed that : under the Mg deficiency stress, ( 1 ) the dry weight of cucumber roots, stems and leaves reduced significantly ; (2) phosphorus concentration increased conspicuously up to 2.11% in leaves, but had no change in roots; potassium concentration did not change in roots and leaves; calcium concentration increased significantly in roots and leaves, it reached 73.7 g/kg in leaves ; (3) the concentration of manganese (Mn) , iron (Fe) and zinc (Zn) increased both in roots and leaves, especially for Mn, Fe concentrations in roots and Mn, Zn concentrations in leaves, they were twice as much as or even higher than those in the control treatments, respectively ; and copper increased in leaves, but had no change in roots, compared with the control.
