摘　　要：从燃料电池汽车的基本原理和氢的基本特性着手,将燃料电池汽车氢安全分为供氢系统氢安全、车内氢安全、零部件和管路氢安全、燃料电池发动机氢安全等。然后对车辆各相应位置点的氢安全情况进行实践检测以及具体分析研究。最后结合经验提出改进方案,即如何精简测试点以及测试频度,达到提高检测效率、降低运营成本等实践研究目的。In this article,firstly we introduce the basic principles of fuel cell vehicles and basic characteristics of hydrogen and separate hydrogen safety of fuel cell vehicles as the safety of hydrogen supply system,car-inside,components and pipes,fuel cell engine and so on.Then we make practical tests and analyses of hydrogen safety on each corresponding position of vehicles.Lastly,combined with the practical experience we put forward improvement measures about how to streamline test points and test frequency to achieve the goals of improving test efficiency and reducing operation cost.
