新型功能介孔材料的合成及其对铅离子吸附性能研究

摘　　要：本文采用水热合成法,以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为模板剂,正硅酸乙酯为硅源,2-巯基苯并噻唑为嫁接试剂,合成了新型功能介孔二氧化硅材料。利用X-射线衍射、扫描电镜、傅里叶红外等分析手段对样品进行了测试和表征。该材料形貌规则,具有高度有序的晶体结构和孔道结构,其晶面距离为4.7nm。以2-巯基苯并噻唑修饰的功能介孔材料吸附处理30mg/L的铅溶液,在pH值为5时,去除率达97.8%以上,平衡吸附时间为20min。利用该材料处理含铅废水,去除率达99.0%以上,残留铅离子浓度低于国家污水排放标准。The novel mesoporous silica MBT-MCM-41 was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method, in which hexadeeyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, tetraethyl orthosilicate and 2-mercaptobenzothiazole （MBT） were used as template, silicon source and modification agent, respectively. The mesoporous materials were analyzed and characterized by X-ray diffraction （XRD）, scanning electron microscopy （SEM） and fourier transform infrared spectrometer （FT-IR）. The material not only possesses regular morphology, and also has highly ordered crystal structure and porous. Its crystal distance is about 4.7 nm. When the material was utilized to treat the standard solution containing 30 mg/L lead ions at the pH of 5 and adsorption equilibrium was obtained after 20 min, the removal rate was better than 97.80%. Using the material to handle lead sewage, the removal rate was higher than 99.0% and the residual concentration was lower than the national standard.
