摘  要:对广州地区近年来新发生的蝴蝶兰褐斑病病原细菌进行分离、致病性测定、16S rDNA序列分析和Biolog测定。结果表明,该菌的16S rDNA序列与燕麦食酸菌燕麦亚种(Acidovorax avenae subsp.avenae)、燕麦食酸菌西瓜亚种(A.avenae subsp.citrulli)、燕麦食酸菌卡特兰亚种(A.avenae subsp.cattleyae)、水稻食酸菌(A.oryzae)的序列相似度达到99%;经Biolog进一步测定,该病菌属于燕麦食酸菌燕麦亚种(A.avenae subsp.avenae)的可能性达99%。初步确定引起广州地区蝴蝶兰褐斑病的病原菌为燕麦食酸菌(A.avenae)。A causal agent of bacteiial brown spot in moth orchid was isolated and identified which occured in Guangzhou, Guangdong province in recent years. 16S rDNA sequence analysis and Biolog test were undertaken to elucidate the precise position of the causal bacterium. The results indicated that, 16S rDNA sequence from the pathogen was 99% homologous to 16S rDNA sequences from A cidovorax avenae subsp, avenae, A cidovorx avenae subsp, citruUi, A cidovorax avenae subsp, cattleyae, A cidovorax oryzae , Biolog test showed the pathogen was Acidovorax avenae subsp, awenae with a 99% probability. Therefore,it could be concluded that the pathogenic bacterium causing bacterial brown spot of moth orchid was identified as Acidovorax avenae.
