摘  要:在温室条件下采用苗瘟鉴定程序,筛选6种不同作用机制的新型药剂与常规药剂开展苗瘟预防作用和治疗作用比较试验.探索各药剂对稻瘟病的防治效果及作用特性。结果表明,25%吡唑醚菌酯乳油、20%稻瘟酰胺悬浮剂、75%三环唑可湿性粉剂、50%咪鲜胺锰盐可湿性粉剂每公顷有效成分用量分别在112.5~150、180~360、270~450、450—600g/hm。时预防防效均在90%以上;而治疗作用中,新药剂25%吡唑醚菌酯乳油、50%咪鲜胺锰盐可湿性粉剂每公顷有效成分用量分别在90~150g/hm0、360~600gmm。时防效达90%以上,常规药剂40%稻瘟灵乳油每公顷有效成分用量在480g/hm2时防效为69.04%,其他药剂效果更差。供试药剂中.25%吡唑醚菌酯乳油和50%咪鲜胺锰盐可湿性粉剂对稻瘟病的防效较好,既是优秀的预防性药剂,也是优异的治疗剂。To identify the characteristic and the potency of new fungicide to rice blast disease, 6 agents which have different action mechanism were used in comparing the preventive and therapeutic effects on rice seedlings in green house during blast infection. The agents shown to be highly efficacious in blast preventive (greater than 90%) were as follows: 25% Pyraelostrobin EC at 112.5-150 g/hm2, 20% Fenoxanil SC at 180-360 g/hm2, 75% Tricyclazole WP at 270-450 g/hm2, and 50% Prochloraz manganese chloride complex WP at 450-600 g/hm2, respectively. Furthermore, the therapeutic effects of these agents were tested too, and 2 new agents, 25% Pyraclostrobin EC at 90-150 g/hm2, and 50% Proehloraz manganese chloride complex WP at 360-600 g/ha, can offer great activity on rice blast management (about 99.44% and 98.40%, respectively). In contrast, the common used 40% Iisoprothiolane EC at 480 g/ha could offer 69.04% activity on rice blast. Similarly, the 2 new agents displayed good preventive potential to rice blast. Our data indicated that both of 25% Pyraclostrobin EC and 50% Proehloraz manganese chloride complex WP were good for rice blast prevention and control during rice seedling stage.
