摘 要:航空发动机燃油调节系统用常规可靠性理论和方法对其进行描述非常困难,很难确定其可靠性的目标值,为此引入一种基于模糊区间的可靠性分析方法。在建立X型弹用发动机燃油调节系统故障树的基础上,将模糊数学理论与传统故障树相结合,对燃调液压系统进行模糊故障树分析。采用三角线性模糊数来描述各底事件的故障率,并计算出子系统的模糊故障率。分析结果与实际使用过程中出现情况相符合,为进一步考察整个系统的故障概率,提高系统可靠性以及改进结构设计提供了理论依据和新方法。It is difficult to describe and determine the reliability of the target value of Aero-engine fuel conditioning systems with conventional reliability theory and methods,for this reason,a reliability analysis method based on fuzzy intervals is proposed.Based on the fault tree of hydraulic system for regulating fuel engine of X-type missile,a fuzzy fault tree analysis on hydraulic system of fuel regulation is introduced,combing the theory of fuzzy mathematics and traditional fault tree.The triangular linear fuzzy number is used to describe the occurrence probability of bottom events and to compute fuzzy failure rate of subsystems.This result is consistent with the actual situation.The research provided theoretical basis and a new method for further investigation in probability of the entire system failure,in order to design an improving structure and to make a high-reliability system.
