摘  要:磨削力矩是选择砂轮电机和对磨削参数进行优化的重要依据,针对立式玻璃磨边机砂轮组件的结构特点,提出了一种在砂轮轴端加推力球轴承并利用应变式力矩测量方法,对砂轮组件力矩的传递特性进行模拟测试分析。测试结果表明:加推力球轴承后,通过轴套传递的磨削力矩传递率高达98%,远远高于未加推力球轴承时的传递率70%,而且具有良好的线性度。研究结果为采用应变式测力技术精确测量玻璃磨边时的磨削力奠定了基础,对类似结构力矩的测量具有重要的参考价值。Grinding torque is an important basis for selecting grinding wheel motor and optimizing grinding parameters.According to the structural characteristic of grinding groupware in vertical glass edge grinding machine,resistance strain gauge technology with thrust ball bearing at the end of grinding wheel shaft was put forward,and torque transfer characteristic of grinding wheel groupware was simulated and tested.Testing and analyzing result indicates that grinding torque transfer rate via shaft sleeve is high to 98 percent with excellent linearity,but it is only have 70 percent without thrust ball bearing.The result provides a basis for precision measure of grinding torque when the grinding force of grinding glass edge is tested by resistance strain gauge technology,which also has important reference value for grinding torque test of similar structure.
