摘  要:针对空心圆柱滚子轴承的实际工作状况,利用有限元软件ABAQUS建立了滚子轴承的有限元模型,并对其在3种载荷工况(均载"、梯形"偏载和"三角形"偏载)下进行了数值模拟,分析了不同空心度对滚子的Mises应力、接触应力和变形的影响。结果表明:偏载工况对滚子的应力和变形影响较大;与均载工况相比,偏载工况下滚子的"边界效应"较小;不同空心度的滚子应力和变形不同,空心度为60%的滚子的Mises应力最小。把滚子内孔由圆柱改为圆锥后,滚子的Mises应力和接触应力均减小,有效的提高了轴承的强度和使用寿命。Focusing on the hollow cylindrical roller bearing in the actual working condition,the finite element model of the roller bearings is established and simulated in its three load condition(both load,"trapezoid"partial load and"triangle" partial load)by finite element software ABAQUS.The Mises stress,contact stress and deformation of the rollers with different hollow ratio is analyzed.The results show that: The condition of slanting load has a great effects on the roller's stress and deformation;compared with uniform loading condition,roller's"boundary effect"is small on slanting load;Different hollow ratio roller's stress and deformation is different,and the roller Mises stress is the smallest with hollow ratio 60%.The roller's Mises stress and contact stress are reduced after changing the roller's hole from columns to cone,which effectively improved the bearing strength and service life.
