摘  要:针对目前国内外采用激光多普勒技术对旋转轴的弯扭综合振动测量的研究比较薄弱的现状,阐述了旋转轴振动综合测量的光学系统原理,设计出一种可用于在线测量旋转轴的扭转、弯曲振动的激光多普勒光学系统。对激光多普勒弯扭振动测量的误差因素进行了分析,并针对各种情况提出了误差控制措施。该系统可实现对旋转轴的弯扭综合振动测量,便于全面了解旋转轴的旋转状态,对旋转轴的振动分析和运行状态监测有重要意义。Facing the fact that the Laser Doppler technology for the rotating axis'bending and torsional comprehensive measurement is weak at home and abroad,the optical systems theory for rotating axis' vibration integrated measurement was explained,and a laser Doppler optical system which could be used for rotating axis'online measurement of bending and torsional vibration was designed.The error factors for laser Doppler bending and torsional vibration measurement were analyzed,and error control measures for each situation were presented.The system could not only realize an integrated bending and torsional vibration measurement for rotating axis,but also get comprehensive understanding of the axis'rotational state.It was very significant for the rotating axis'vibration analysis and operating condition monitoring.
