摘  要:U型螺栓强度分析是重型汽车悬挂系统产品设计的重要环节,主要用于汽车悬挂系统,起到连接钢板弹簧和车桥的作用。U型螺栓强度的可靠性直接影响重型汽车的行驶安全。通过UG对螺栓模型进行建模,并将其导入ANSYS Workbench分析软件进行强度分析,根据软件的计算结果进行强度校核。分析结果表明在螺栓施加预紧应力及约束条件下,能保证其强度满足一般的强度校核要求。利用三维设计软件及有限元分析,为新产品的开发和设计提了的设计依据,具有重要的参考价值。The U-shaped bolt strength analysis is an important part of products design of the heavy-duty vehicle suspension system.It is mainly used in automotive suspension systems,playing a role in connecting the leaf spring and axle.The reliability of the U-shaped bolt strength directly affects the safety of heavy vehicle driving.Three dimensional geometry model of the U-shaped bolt was established by using the three dimensional CAD software UG.Then it was imported to ANSYS Workbench analysis software for strength analysis,and according to the calculation results of the software the strength check was ensured to meet the general strength checking.The use of three-dimensional design software and finite element analysis,and the results of the analysis provide an important reference value for new product development and design.
