摘　　要：全面推进西部欠发达地区县域经济发展对我国经济发展和社会稳定有十分重要的意义,要全面把握西部欠发达地区经济发展的基本规律,以增加农民收入为核心,县域经济结构调整为主线,强化农业产业化经营、推进农村城镇化进程,实现县域经济的市场化、民营化,更好更快地推进西部欠发达地区县域经济发展。County economy is an important part of Chinese national economy. County economic development is not only impor-tant to the people who live and work there, but also important to the economic development of the whole nation. After the reform and opening up, our country scored some achievements in the county economy, but the disequilibrium of county economy development has become increasingly serious. The gap between the county has become one of the overall strength of the betfleneek owing to the county. Thus, to strengthen the development of undeveloped areas is very urgent. Regarding increasing peasant＇ s income as the core, taking land economic structure management, as the main line, it advances the countryside cities and towns to turn process into the focal point, realizes the economic market-oriented, privatized and urbanization of county land, and promote the whole strength and competitiveness of land economy in the county in an all-round way.
