包头市2007-2011年事业单位体检人群健康状况分析

摘　　要：目的:了解包头市事业单位人群的健康状况、主要病种及发病率,为有针对性地防治相关疾病提供科学依据。方法:对2007-2011年在包头医学院第一附属医院所有体检者询问既往史及家族史,统一填写体检表格,行物理体检,项目包括常规体格检查、血尿常规、肝功能、肾功能、空腹血糖、血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白。结果:指标异常居前三位的是血脂(19.56%)、ALT(13.73%)、尿酸(11.55%)。结论:应定期进行体检,做到早预防、早治疗,降低职工常见病的发病率,提高职工健康水平。Objective： To investigate the health condition of the people,the variety and the incidence of major diseases in Baotou so as to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and the treatment of diseases concerned.Methods： All the subjects under health check-up in the hospital from 2007-2011 were required to report their case history and family history and to fill in physical examination forms.They all underwent such physical examination as physical check-up,routine blood and urine,liver function,kidney function,fasting blood glucose,serum total cholesterol,triglycerides and high density lipoprotein.Results： The three top values in the index was hyperlipidemia（19.56 %）,ALT（13.73 %） and uric acid（11.55 %）.Conclusions： Medical examinations for health should be carried out regularly in order to early prevent and treat common diseases the staff workers suffer from,lower the incidence of such common diseases and to improve their health condition.
