护理干预健康体检人群高脂血症效果分析

摘　　要：目的:通过对健康体检人群中青年高脂血症者护理干预效果分析,为高脂血症的综合防治提供参考依据。方法:对200例中青年高脂血症患者进行评估,根据评估结果进行疾病知识教育、饮食结构及治疗性生活方式指导。结果:健康促进护理干预1年后,患者的饮食、运动、疾病知识、血脂水平较干预前明显好转,干预前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:通过护理干预,增强了患者的保健意识和自我管理能力,从而有效控制血脂水平。Objective： To provide reference basis for the integrated prevention and control of hyperlipidemia by analyzing the effect of nursing intervention on middle-aged hyperlipidemic patients in health check-up population.Methods： Disease data of 200 middle-aged patients with hyperlipidemia were measured,and disease knowledge,diet and therapeutic lifestyle guidance were taught to these patients.Results： After 1 year of health promotion intervention,the patient s＇ diet,exercise,disease knowledge and triglyceride were significantly improved.There was statistically significant difference between those before intervention and those after intervention（P0.01）.Conclusion： It is suggested that the care through health promotion intervention can improve hyperlipidemic patients＇life style,self-protection and disease prevention knowledge,which can lower the blood lipid levels.
