摘  要:利用LabVIEW虚拟仪器软件平台提供的IMAQ Vision视觉模块,开发了半固态合金初生相形貌定量分析系统。首先通过LabVIEW软件进行图像采集;然后利用IMAQ Vision提供的函数对图像进行处理,具体包括原始图像的单色处理、金相图像手动阀值设置、移除小颗粒和填充孔洞等;最后通过相关指标利用LabVIEW软件编程实现半固态初生相形貌参数的定量统计分析。根据测试结果,该系统能高效、准确地实现半固态合金初生相形貌定量分析功能。The quantitative analysis system of primary phase morphology of semi-solid alloys was developed using IMAQ Vision Module, provided by tile LabVIEW platform. First, the images are acquired by the LahVIEW software. Then, the images were processed using the functions of IMAQ Vision, including the monochrome processing of original images, threshoht setting manually of metallographic images, removing small particles, and filling holes. Finally, the quantitative statistic analysis of parameters of the primary phase morphology of semi-solid alloys was done by the method of LabVIEW programming according to relative indexes. The testing results indicate that this system can realize the quantitative analysis of primary phase morphology of semi-solid alloys efficiently and accurately.
