摘　　要：由微生物特别是病原性微生物所导致的生物安全问题,已经成为高等院校安全问题的重要研究内容。北工大生命学院,结合研究内容和实际工作情况,从生物安全的基本范畴及特点以及病原生物学实验室生物安全的文化理念等方面,针对病原生物学实验室生物安全问题进行了积极的探索与实践,有力地促进了教学、科研顺利发展和创新。Biosafety issues caused by microorganisms, especially pathogenic microorganisms, are becoming matters of great concern in universities. This paper elaborated on the basic characteristics of biological safety, the cultural idea of biological safety, the operational technical specifications of special microbiology, and other aspects. In view of the actual practice, it made exploration on the biosafety issues in pathogen biology laboratories, and effectively promoted the development and innovation of teaching and research.
