摘　　要：通过对福建省港口与码头产业中的国际货运代理行业人才情况进行调研,分析货代行业人才的需求、供给、人才结构、岗位能力要求等方面,指出目前存在的问题,进而提出人才培养方面的建议。Based on the investigation on personnel cultivation of international freight forwarding in Fujian, this paper analyzes the demand, supply, structure, requirements of capacity of freight forwarder, and figure out the problems, then puts forward some ideas in professional personnel cultivation.
