摘　　要：针对信息化条件下海军军械仓库规范化管理的要求,结合6S管理理论,提出了一套军械仓库规范化管理的推行方法,对军械仓库规范化管理实施各阶段应把握的关键问题进行了重点分析与说明,建立了军械仓库规范化管理评价指标体系与评价方法,对降低军械仓库事故发生概率,提升工作效率,提高信息化条件下的装备保障能力具有积极的意义。The paper is mainly aimed at the characteristic of ordnance depot＇s management. By elaborating the background and connotation of 6S, it describes the implementation of 6S in standardization management of ordnance depot, and analyses the main problems on the way. The practice proves that 6S management redound to reducing accident, enhancing work efficiency. It can provide a useful reference for improving the ordnance guarantee capability under the information-based condition.
