土地利用综合分区研究——以十堰市茅箭区为例

摘　　要：基于十堰市茅箭区土地利用的实证研究,本文回顾了上轮土地利用总体规划对土地利用分区的论述,分析了区内主导土地利用方式空间分布,以村为土地利用综合分区的基本元,将十堰市茅箭区分为三个土地利用综合分区:北部建设用地区、中部低山丘陵生态农业区、南部森林生态保护区,并划分出区域界线,指出区域主导功能与拓展方向。Based on the empirical research of land utilization in Maojian District of Shiyan, the article firstly reviews the de scription of regionalization of land utilization in the overall planning last round, analyzes the spatial distribution of dominant ways of land utilization. Finally, taking administrative village as a basic unit of comprehensive regionalization in land utiliza tion, the article divides Maoiian District into three kinds of regions including construction area of northern part, low hilly ground and eco agricultural area of central part, forest ecological preservation area of southern part, and points out the bor derline, the main function and development direction of each region,
