摘　　要：本文用极点概念对胎儿脐血流音频多普勒信号进行建模 ,分析信号极点随时间变化的情况 ,并从中提取出一些可作为妊娠期疾病判据的特征参数。初步临床应用结果表明 ,该方法具有比传统的声谱参数准确性高的优点。利用这种方法去设计新的超声仪器 。A pole model is constructed in this paper to describe audio Doppler signals from the umbilical blood flow. Poles varying with the time is first analyzed, then some parameters are extracted as the clinical criterion of gravidity diseases. The analysis results of several cases show that the method using these parameters are better than the conventional one such as spectrogram parameters on veracity. An ultrasound instrument with this technique will be a new effective tool in clinic use.
