摘　　要：研究并开发了一种新型高效易于加工的轴流式搅拌器。这种轴流式搅拌器具有轴流性能好、低剪切量、低能耗及低成本等特点 ,可替代进口搅拌桨 ,具有很好的技术经济效益。介绍了该新型轴流式搅拌器设计、实验研究。A new type of axial stirrer with good axial-flow property and low-energy consuming property is studied. The design theory and manufacturing methods for the stirrer have been established . The axial-flow stirrer has been put into industrial application. This paper presents the design procedures for the paddle curve and the technical parameters of the stirrer .The manufacturing approaches and the application of the axial-flow stirrer are also discussed.
