摘　　要：简述基于 Web和数据库的 CAPP的必要性 ,介绍这种 CAPP的体系结构、功能和特点 ,论述以产品结构树为核心的用户化工艺文件信息模型、工艺文件的表达、基于 Web的 CAPP与 PDM之间的关系、基于 Web的工艺文件模板定义、CAPP与 MRP /ERP之间的信息集成、面向产品或BOM的工艺设计方法。Web and database technology are crucial for contemporary manufacturing system.Application of Web and database technology to the research on CAPP is as a trend for CAPP development. The necessity of Web-and-database-based CAPP is briefly described at first,then, some key technologies of Web-and-database-based CAPP are discussed in detail. The technologies include: the architecture of Web-and-database-based CAPP system and its main functions and characteristics, the customized process planning information model based on the product tree, the presentation method for process planning documentation, the relationship between the Web-and-database-based CAPP system and the Product Data Management (PDM), the technology of customized model definition, the integration technology between CAPP and MRPⅡ/ERP, production or BOM oriented process planning method, and action-based navigation technology for process planning.
