摘  要:给出将专家系统引入冲裁级进模的工步设计过程,利用AutoCADR14提供的ObjectARX对冲裁件图形进行预处理,建立起基于关系型数据库的知识库和事实库,提出了分级推理、二次排序的推理机制,模拟了专家的设计过程.Automation and efficiency are usually too low in traditional step design of stamping progressive dies. Instead an expert system as a tool for step design is proposed. ObjectARX supplied by AutoCAD R14 is an object-oriented developing environment which has faster executing speed and stronger function than AutoLISP and ADS. It is used to deal with the graph of stamping parts initially, and then the knowledge database and fact database are established based on relational database to enhance the ability of managing knowledge. A new reasoning mechanism - reasoning by step and sorting twice - is put forward. In this case, the system works well with greatly enhanced efficiency.
