摘　　要：网络时代的到来要求高校图书馆工具书阅览室的管理方式作出改革与创新。高校图书馆工具书阅览室应通过建立有特色的传统工具书重点馆藏保障系统,创建工具书资源整合平台,加大工具书利用宣传力度,建立馆藏工具书目录,改变传统借阅方式,引导读者充分利用网络资源,创新网络时代工具书阅览室管理的新思路。The coming of network era calls for the management reform and innovation of university libraries. The reference books reading-room of university libraries should build a resource integration platform by establishing the guarantee system of the protected traditional＇reference books, strengthening the advertisement, creating the catalog of reference books, and guiding the readers to make full use of the internet resources, etc.
