间歇气压疗法联合低分子肝素钙预防腰椎间盘突出症患者下肢静脉血栓形成的研究

摘　　要：目的:对比研究间歇气压疗法联合低分子肝素钙与单纯低分子肝素钙预防腰椎间盘突出症患者下肢静脉血栓形成的情况。方法:选取我科2009年1月～2010年6月期间收住的腰椎间盘突出症患者177例,将其随机分为A组89例和B组88例。A组使用间歇气压疗法联合低分子肝素钙预防血栓;B组单纯低分子肝素钙预防血栓形成。术后观察两组患者双下肢静脉血栓形成的情况。结果:A组没有出现下肢静脉血栓的病例,B组有5例出现下肢静脉血栓。结论:间歇气压疗法联合低分子肝素钙能有效预防下肢静脉血栓的形成。Objective：To compare the clinical outcome of patients with lumbar disc herniation treated by Intermittent pressure therapy with low molecular weight heparin and low molecular weight heparin alone.Methods：177 lumbar disc herniation patients admitted in our department from Jan.2009 to Jun.2010.All these patients were divided into two groups：group A including 89 cases treated with intermittent pressure therapy and low molecular weight heparin.Group B including 88 cases treated by low molecular weight heparin alone.The both lower extremities venous ultrasound examination were carried out to detect the thrombosis formation.Results：There were no thrombosis formation in group A,and 5 cases in group B had lower extremity thrombosis formation.Conclusion： Intermittent pressure therapy with low molecular weight heparin prevents the lower extremity thrombosis formation is effectively.
