摘  要:目的:通过仿真情景演练,提高护士应对精神科危急事件中的能力。方法:制定培训计划、成立点评小组、组织科室进行仿真情景演练,通过理论学习、强化急救技能操作、提高应急应变能力及优化流程。结果:演练提高了医护抢救配合、提升了护士的应急应变能力及急救操作水平、缓解了危急事件给护士造成的精神压力。结论:仿真情景演练可提升护士的综合素质,提高护士的应对能力。Objective:To enhance nurses′ ability in psychiatric critical incident through the simulation scene drill in the psychiatry department.Methods:We make training plan,set up comment group,and organize department conduct simulation scene drill.Through strengthen theoretical study drill and emergency operation skills,the nurses′ ability has improved and processed optimization of drill.Results:The simulation scene drill has improved coordination of doctor and nurse,enhanced the nurse′s emergency response capabilities and emergency operation level,and relieve the pressure caused by the critical incident to the nurse.Conclusion:The simulation scene drill can promote nurse comprehensive quality,and improve the ability of coping.
