摘　　要：在改革开放、知识含量不断膨胀的时代,高校标本馆馆员需要具备多种能力,才能圆满的完成本职工作,其中向学生传授知识,为参观者解说、传递相关的经济信息,以及对各种标本进行管理等多种职能是诸多能力中的主要方面。In the era of reforming and opening and knowledge explosion,the herbarium librarians of colleges and universities need to have a variety of abilities to complete their work satisfactorily.Their main functions include imparting knowledge to students,offering commentaries for visitors,informing the relevant economic information and the management of various specimens.
