摘　　要：陶瓷是一种宽公差、复杂曲面的产品 ,产品设计与制造的技术参数繁多。本文在分析了陶瓷产品设计流程的基础上 ,提出了陶瓷产品数据管理的系统框架及其实现方法 ,开发了陶瓷产品数据管理系统。该系统能有效管理陶瓷产品生命周期的一切活动 ,实现工程设计系统和管理信息系统的信息集成与共享 ,提高陶瓷企业的产品设计能力和生产管理效率。Ceramic is a kind of product with the biggish tolerance and complex surface,which has various product designing and manufacturing technology parameters.Based on analyzing the design process of the ceramic product,this paper presents the system frame and the implement method of the ceramic product data management and has developed this system.Ceramic product data management can manage the activities of the lifecycle of ceramic product,realize the information integration and share in engineering design system &management information system.The design ability and management efficiency can be greatly enhanced by the ceramic product data management.
