摘 要:针对难以实现永磁接触器运动过程中动态特性的精确控制,从而导致铁心撞击及触头弹跳,降低接触器工作寿命的问题,提出一种相角模糊综合评判方法和智能选相控制技术。在分析永磁接触器在不同合闸相角下的动态性能的基础上,建立了不同合闸相角下动态参数的模糊综合评判数学模型。采用模糊灰色理论综合评判了不同合闸相角下的动态特性参量,获得了最优运动特性下的合闸相角。分析了永磁接触器过零点分断的特性及其工作原理,得出了最佳的分断特性。分析结果表明,利用智能控制可精确实现永磁接触器在最优相角下合闸控制以及过零点分断,有助于提高其电气和机械寿命。实验结果验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。As it is difficult to realize the precise control of dynamic characteristics of the permanent mag net contactor (PMC)in the movement process, which leads to the iron core impact, the contact bounce and the working lifetime reduction of contactor. To solve this problem above, a phase angle fuzzy compre hensive evaluation method and intelligent selection phase control technology was presented. The math ematic model of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was established based on analyzing the dynamic per formances of PMC in different closing phase angles. The parameters of dynamic performance in different closing phase angles were evaluated to obtain the closing phase angle for optimal motion characteristics by using the fuzzy grey theory. The characteristic and working principle of zerocrossing breaking for PMC were analyzed to obtain the optimal breaking characteristics. The analysis results show that the closing control under optimal phase angle and the zerocrossing breaking can be realized by using the intelligent control technology to prolong its electrical and mechanical lifespan. Experimental results demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
