基于泉州实践的工商行政指导现状分析与对策研究

摘　　要：在对泉州市工商行政指导的实践经验进行梳理的基础上,运用Delphi法对泉州市工商行政指导中存在的问题进行调查研究和归纳排序。根据调查结果,分析存在问题的原因,提出"建立有效的工商行政指导信息传播路径、加强工商咨询指导制度、完善工商行政告诫制度、建立工商协调沟通的服务平台、实行工商行政指导的跟踪监管"等工商行政指导建设的建议。After analyzing the experience of the direction on the industrial and Commercial administration in Quanzhou City and surveying the existing problems by using the method of Delphi, the following suggestions should he kept ： The process to the information transition should be established, the direction system should be stressed, the warn system should be perfected, the service platform of coordination should be opened and the supervision must be held.
