摘　　要：加快社会保障房建设不仅能够改善社会中低收入群体的住房问题,也能解决我国城市化进程中出现的一些新问题,同时还是保证我国经济平稳回落加大内需的动力之一,但现行保障房制度实施中存在诸多问题及不足。可以通过增加土地供给、建立融资制度和健全保障房分配制度等举措,使保障房达到多层次、多方位的覆盖,实现"安居"的目的。The rapid construction of urban security housing not only deal with the housing problems of the low - mid income people but also cope with some new problems in the progress of urbanization as well as provide a drive of the steady economy fall. However, theres exist shortcomings in the practice of the security housing. The increase of land provision, the establisment of the loan floating system and the perfect distribution system of security houses can help realize the ＂secure living＂.
