我国信贷资源的区域分布与配置效率研究

摘　　要：本文在梳理理论文献和已有研究成果的基础上,对2000-2011年我国东中西部地区的经济总量、信贷规模的协调发展进行了统计和实证分析,归纳出了东中西部地区经济增长与信贷配置的发展特征和问题。如我国区域经济增长与信贷配置失衡态势依旧明显;经济增长对信贷资金的依赖度仍然很强;信贷配置与区域经济发展需求的协同性还有待进一步提高;中部地区发展缓慢的态势需要引起关注和重视。为此,本文从"我国宏观调控政策应尽量避免一刀切;应积极构建多元化社会融资渠道和方式;继续保持对中西部地区经济发展扶持政策的连续性;应关注和加大对中部地区的扶持和发展"四个方面提出政策建议。On the basis of reviewing theoretical literature and research results, the paper makes a statistics and empirical analysis on the harmonized development of economic gross and credit scale in eastern, middle and western areas in China from 2000 to 2011, sums up the development characteristics and existing problems of economic growth and credit allocation. For example, the unbalance between regional economic growth and credit allocation is still distinct, economic growth depends heavily on credit capital, the cooperation between credit allocation and regional economic development should be further enhanced, and attention should be paid to the low development in middle areas. Therefore, the paper puts forward four aspects of policy recommendations： trying not to adopt one macro control policy, actively constructing diversified social financing channels and modes, continuously keeping the supporting policy for economic development in middle and western areas, and giving more concern on and support for the development in middle areas.
