摘　　要：资金投入是技术创新的物质保障,技术创新必须与金融创新相结合。我国在知识产权产业化的问题上,目前还没有完全建立与科技创新相适应的整体、多元金融保障体系,相关法律制度规范亟待研究和完善。而知识产权信托制度为知识产权融资和成果转化提供了不同于以往的路径,辅以有效的知识产权证券化的多元融资手段和必要的创新保障--知识产权保险制度,将有利于这一问题的改善。The capital input is the material guarantee of the technology innovation, and technology innovation must be combined with financial innovation. On the issues of intellectual property industrialization, the whole and diversified fmancial guarantee system which is applied to the technology innovation has not been constructed so far, and relevant legal system and regulation is urgent to be studied and perfected. The introduction of the trust system of intellectual property provides a different way for intellectual property financing and achievement transfer. Combining with diversified financing means like effective intellectual property securitization and necessary innovation guarantee like intellectual property insurance system, it is beneficial to improve the issue.
