摘　　要：分析了河南省大学生体育锻炼状况及其存在的问题,提出了一些促进大学生积极、科学地进行体育锻炼的建议.By probing the physical exercise situation of university student in Henan province, this article finds out problems and analyzes the reason to the situation. Some suggestions are put forward to promote college students engaging in physical exercise actively and scientifically, and establish the consciousness of lifelong sports.
