摘　　要：对静态混合元件强化换热器的特点、性能进行了分析。该换热器是在光管束内插入静态混合器 ,以提高其传热效率 ,是一种强化换热器 ,其传热效率高、结构紧凑、节能节材、易于清洗。并例举了在 PBT生产中的应用情况。Analysis is made on the characteristics and performance of the heat exchanger with static mixing elements. In this kind of heat exchanger, the mixing elements are inserted into tubes to improve heat transfer efficiency. It is a kind of intensified heat exchanger,characterized by its high heat transfer efficiency, small dimension, saving of energy and material,and convenience to clean.Clarification is also made on its application in PBT production.
