摘　　要：面对人民群众对体育日益增长的需要,各高等体育院校应以符合人民群众的需要为主,培养出这一特定历史机遇所需求的社区体育指导员,这对于国家、社会、群众和高校体育生个人都有深远的意义。Faced with the increasing demand of the public for sports participation, sports colleges and universities should try to meet their needs by turning out community sports instructors needed by this age, which is of profound significance to the nation, the society, the mass and the college students themselves.
