摘　　要：新时期生态环境问题是城市建设面临的重要问题。通过组织专家打分法,在考察中新天津生态城、曹妃甸国际生态城等生态城市基础上,从环境、经济及社会三维度,筛选并构建中国生态城市评价指标体系,其中包括5项门槛条件和32个指标(3个目标层、7个路径层)。为生态城市综合评价及建设提供参考。The problem of ecological environment is an important issue during of the construction of city. In this paper, we screen and construct an index system to evaluate Chinese ecological city by using Delphi method, which including five threshold conditions and thirty-two indicators （3 goals, 7 path layer）. It suggested the main ideas for Chinese green ecological city development and a system to evaluate and measure its health status. It will supply references to construction, planning and evaluation of Chinese green ecological city.
