摘　　要：数字生态城作为城市生态、经济和社会三者协调发展的高级阶段目标,它代表的是一种城市发展潮流和方向。数字生态城是提高城市综合竞争力,促进城市经济发展、社会进步和人民生活水平提高的新动力。数字城市的内涵非常丰富。结合中芬共青数字生态城的研究,从数字生态城兴起的背景出发,阐述了数字生态城市的概念的内涵,并对数字城市建设的内容与框架建设进行了细致的探讨。Digital eco-city is the advanced stage of the urban coordinated development in economy, society and ecology. It represents a world trend and direction of urban development. Digital eco-city is the new power to improve the city＇s comprehensive competitiveness, promote the city＇s economic development and social progress, and improve living standards. Combining the study for the Gongqing digital ecological city, the paper expounds the connotation of the concept, content and framework of the construction of the building of the city from the background of the rise.
