基于排列成对比较法的城市生态适宜度评价与分析——以共青数字生态城为例

摘　　要：城市生态适宜度是城市复合生态系统和谐发展关系的一种度量。文章从社会经济子系统、资源子系统、自然环境子系统、空间规划子系统等4个方面提出了城市生态适宜度评价指标体系。采用排列成对比较方法构建了城市生态适宜度评价模型,并利用该模型对共青数字生态城规划建设进行了生态环境适宜度评价。结果表明共青数字生态城生态适宜度值为0.884,适宜度等级为非常适宜,为共青生态城的规划建设和生态环境保护提供科学依据。Urban ecological suitability is a measure of harmonious development relationship of urban composite ecosystem. The evaluation index system of urban ecological suitability was presented in this paper from four aspects including social and economic subsystem, resources subsystem, environment subsystem, space planning subsystem. A model of evaluation for urban ecological suitability was set up by arrangement of paired comparison, and was adopted to evaluate the ecological suitability of Gongqing DigiEcoCity. The results indicated that the value of ecological suitability of Gongqing DigiEcoCity was 0.884, and very suitable for living. The evaluation results would provide scientific basis for planning, construction and environment protection of Gongqing DigiEcoCity.
